Description

A diver told me this piece reminds him of Bubble Cave in Kihei, Maui island of Hawaii, where a reef shark has been observed to rest there. I unconsciously painted the shape of the cave to resemble the shape of the island, much to Maui lovers' delight. The original painting framed in koa wood is hanging in a home in Lahaina, Maui, Hawaii.
