Artist's Description

Each area is treated with lots of blues, roses, and yellows. The collector of this piece called her a "blonde Indian" due to her braided hair. The fluttering edge of her gown and cape, along with glassy stairs create depth and movement.

Note the unique signature that I painted in the lower right corner, to blend in with the shadows.
